DELIVERY OF ORDERS
The Seller commences the Order delivery process after the payment for the Order is booked or after placing the Order upon choosing the payment on delivery method.
Due to the fact that the Seller's brick-and-mortar store is located in Cyprus, the Seller undertakes to deliver the parcel within 10 business days of booking the payment for the Order.
If it is know that this deadline may be exceeded, the Seller will inform the Customer about the delay and the possibility of extending the delivery to a maximum of 30 days from the date of placing the Order.
No delivery of the parcel within the time specified in point 5.3. entitles the Customer to withdraw from the Order which will result in immediate refund for the placed Order.
In case of the need to deliver the Order in the fastest possible way, the Seller asks for earlier e-mail contact, i.e. before placing the Order.

DOSTAWA ZAMÓWIENIA
Sprzedawca rozpoczyna proces dostawy Zamówienia po zaksięgowaniu płatności za Zamówienie lub po dokonaniu zamówienia przy wyborze płatności przy odbiorze.
Z uwagi na to, że sklep stacjonarny Sprzedawcy znajduje się na Cyprze, Sprzedawca zobowiązuje się do dostarczenia przesyłki w terminie do 10 dni roboczych od zaksięgowania płatności za Zamówienie.
W przypadku możliwości przekroczenia tego terminu Sprzedawca poinformuję Klienta o przesunięciu i możliwości wydłużenia dostawy do maksymalnie 30 dni od dnia dokonania Zamówienia.
Brak dostarczenia przesyłki w terminie określonym w pkt 5.3. uprawnia Klienta do odstąpienia od Zamówienia co spowoduje niezwłoczny zwrot pieniędzy za dokonane Zamówienie.
W przypadku potrzeby dostarczenia Zamówienia w sposób możliwie jak najszybszy, Sprzedawca prosi o wcześniejszy kontakt mailowy tj. przed dokonaniem Zamówienia.
